2024/25 Stonegate Farm Events Pricing

 

May – November Events

 

• Friday: $6,000.00

• Saturday: $7,500.00

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday: $5,000.00

• Full Weekend: $13,000.00

 

Bridal/Baby Showers (up to 30 individuals)

 

• Sunday 2pm-7pm - $500 (Please contact us for additional package details)

 

Corporate Events (banquets, holiday parties, product launches)

 

•             Please contact us for custom package pricing to best suit your needs

            

Weddings/Birthdays/Proms etc. Package Details:

 

• Weekday Event Hours: morning set up until 9:59pm

• Friday or Saturday Event Hours: morning set up until 11:59pm 

• Sunday Event Hours: morning set up until 10:00pm 

• Full Weekend Rental: Friday morning until 11:00am Sunday (overnight accommodations not included)

 

Use of Largest Red Barn (downstairs only)

Ceremony Seating for up to 200 persons- white chairs

Reception Seating and tables for up to 200 persons - black chairs

Use of Bar for Caterer

60" Round dining tables that seat 8 (24 available)

8' Rectangular tables for head table (4 available)

8' Rectangle Buffet Tables (3 available)

4' round tables (2 available)

6' Rectangle Tables (2 available)

Square Cocktail Tables (2 available)

Large Bridal suite with hair/makeup stations, restrooms with shower, living room, TV, refrigerator ....

Separate Grooms area with TV, Poker table .....

Basketball court and other games to enjoy 

Use of property for photo opportunities

Ample parking 

Onsite restroom facilities

Ceremony and Reception seating set up included (venue owned tables/chairs)

Onsite Rehearsal timeslot Thursday before event (1 hour)
